Our buddies over at OpenAir will be playing a new track off our upcoming album Totem today on Mile High Noon! Also, we’ll be DJing some sweet jams at the Lost Lake Sunday after our Bluebird show…pop in and say hello.
As we wrap up the new record Totem (out soon!) and finish the video for our first single Evil Eye, we are happy to announce a celebration show with our pals A. Tom Collins at the Bluebird Theater Sunday May 25th—yes, a Sunday, but with any luck you’ll have Monday off as its Memorial Day! Can’t wait for everyone to get their hands on the new album but in the meantime hear the songs live and loud on the 25th.
Please come out Saturday December 21 and celebrate with us! It has been a busy year for us as we have been diligently working on our new record for most of 2013 and I am happy to say it is oh so close to being done! We can not wait to share it with you all soon (early 2014, fingers crossed!) but until then come hear some new songs and get weird with us, The Centennial and DJ Shannon Stein at the Hi-Dive!
Whoa. We did it! We made it through another UMS! What a great time…thanks to everybody who waited (successfully and unsuccessfully) to get into our show. So sweaty, so fun, so loud. That’s basically UMS in a nutshell.
In other exciting news, the lovely Westword readers voted us Best Rock-Indie band! Sweet! Thank you! Seeing all the bands nominated really brought it home how vibrant the music scene is in Denver right now…Colorado, we are lucky. Even MTV figured out we are cool.
